EIPCa’s Year-End Message

Samuel Adams said, "No people will tamely surrender their Liberty."

And yet...many Americans are unknowingly doing just that by way of an election system built on election laws, regulations, policies, and procedures that make it “legal” to manipulate the outcome of elections.

Knowledge is power.

To remove power from American citizens one must first remove the truth of our history and distort the facts of our form of government.

America is NOT a democracy, a form of government based on majority rule where 51% tell the other 49% to “sit down and shut up”.

America is a Republic, based on citizen self-governance, beginning with the ability to choose our representatives through fair, honest, transparent elections.

Election Integrity Project®California (EIPCa) began our effort to educate citizens about America’s form of governance and the weaknesses of CA election laws in 2010.

We took our first step in challenging this unconstitutional election system in 2014 when our evidence was determined to qualify for a Civil Rights hearing.

EIPCa is a patriotic, freedom-loving, all-volunteer organization willing to move mountains to defend America from invasion from within and without by way of a porous, easily manipulated election system.

We are often asked why we do this, free of charge.

We do this because we love our country. We do this because we have a passion to protect the rights of citizens to choose their representatives through laws that protect the integrity of the election system.

We do this to Keep the Republic.

EIPCa is committed to

• defending our Sovereign Nation.

• requiring our elected officials and judges to maintain the Rule of Law laid down by our Founders.

• alerting every citizen to the danger and destruction being rained down upon us by those who have created and supported the CA-style election laws in California and across the nation.

Thousands of Californians have been part of the work of EIPCa.

Hundreds have generously supported us financially.

Without your help, we would be unable to file legal actions to defend the voting rights of both the powerful and the forgotten.

With your support, EIPCa’s lawsuit to return integrity and constitutionality to California’s election system, and by extension all other states’ election systems is heading to the United States Supreme Court early in 2025! Our victory will rescue the entire nation from unconstitutional election laws.
