By now EIPCa is optimistic that ALL of you who possibly can are making plans to do some election season observing at the ballot processing center, drop boxes and/or the polls in your county.

Engaged, knowledgeable citizens integrated into the functioning of the process that belongs to and serves them are an indispensable necessity to maintain fair, honest, transparent and valid elections.

We also provide you with in-the-field support in the form of an EIPCa HOTLINE.

To make using the EIPCs HOTLINE successful, follow these easy guidelines:

When you need clarification regarding laws, regulations or procedures:

1. First, review the appropriate Vote Safe article(s) to see if you can find the answers there.

    

2. Next, if need be, reach out VIA TEXT to your assigned HOTLINE as listed in the EIPCa HOTLINE document. Include:
   1. Name
   2. County
   3. Brief description of the question or issue
   4. Location you are observing
   5. Phone number.

    

3. If the matter is urgent and you get no response within 10 minutes, CALL the HOTLINE number.

    

4. Last resort for URGENT issues - TEXT the statewide HOTLINE number and include the same information requested above.

Citizens involved in every aspect of the election process produce a healthy Republic. Without citizen oversight, Republics are soon lost.
